Dr. Igor Poltavskyi from the UL research team of Professor Alexandre Tkatchenko provided a highly appreciated introduction to methods of unsupervised and supervised machine learning. The 25 participants engaged in a number of tutorials using the Python package scikit-learn. The course took place on 26/27 August 2019 and 29/30 August and trained not only PhD researchers of DTU DRIVEN but also Doctoral Candidates from other units and faculties of the University of Luxembourg as well as LIST and LISER.
